Rohner & Erni Tax AG keeps personal data confidential and observes the legal provisions of the DPA and the GDPR.
Personal data, we work with, include the following information: firm name, first and last name, title, domicile, post address, e-mail address, phone- and fax number as well as all the information, you give us directly or which is publicly accessable.
We only use your personal data for contracts, invoices and to fulfill the mandate you gave to us. We may share your personal data with third parties (in particular network partners or authorities) fort he performance of our mandate or if we are legally obliged to do so.
We process your personal data in order to enter into or to perform our contract or legal obligations (Art. 4 para. 3 and 13 para. 2 lit. a DPA, Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b and c GDPR) and for communication purposes based on the consent that you have provided us with at the time your personal data has been collected (Art. 4 para. 5 and 13 para. 1 DPA, Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR). You can revoke your consent at any time.
Your personal data will be stored in Switzerland.
For example on cross-border matters, we may transfer your personal data abroad in order to provide our services, e.g. in case of filing to an authority or court abroad or to contact foreign network partners.
We keep personal data for the duration of our entire business relationship and thereafter for a duration of ten years, as a rule, to comply with legal retention obligations as well as for our and your legitimate documentation interests.
We take appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against loss and unauthorized access.
You have the right to know what personal data we process about you. You also have the right to request that incorrect personal data about you be corrected and that your personal data be deleted. You can also forbid the processing of certain personal data and can request that data processing is restricted.
